Social and financial pressures have led to major inequities in who is able to complete high school and go on to college. College Goal Sunday Washington aims to reduce the barriers students face in paying for college. This annual event takes place in at several locations around Washington state.
The workshop gives students and their families free, on-site professional help with the FAFSA so they can get money for college. The FAFSA is the single-most important application for financial aid. We can help you by taking many families through the FAFSA on one dedicated afternoon.

College Goal Sunday Washington views partnerships with educators as critical to the success of our program. We understand how difficult it is to provide students with all the information they need to access the college of their choice. College Goal Sunday aims to ensure your students and their families are connected to the information and resources they need to successfully pay for college, and achieve their higher education goals.

Statewide, only half of all high school freshmen will enroll five years later in post-secondary education. For many, lack of information about how to pay for college has discouraged them from applying. It's critical that students and parents or family gain access to the information and resources needed to help them explore educational opportunities. With your support College Goal Sunday can help thousands of Washington students gain access to the funding needed to enroll in college.
